Cancellation Policy
- All rates quoted on this website are the ‘start from’ rates – there may be additional charges which will be advised during the booking process.
- Rates may be subject to surcharges for national holidays & premium times – applicable to some airports only. Where this is the case you will be notified of such additional costs.
- VIP meets (whether arrivals/departures or connections) allow for 3 hours, after the first 3 hours of service, an additional fee will be charged per hour. There may also be an additional charge should the service be required between the hours of 2400 – 0600 hrs. Please contact us directly should your service be subject to either of these instances.
- Any cancellation within 24hrs for UK airports will result in full charge for service.
- Any cancellation within 48hrs for international meets will result in full charge for service.
- Any cancellation within 72hrs for international meets in Australasia and/or the Far East will result in full charge for service.
- Where the service is cancelled within the permitted time frame a £20 administration charge will be issued for refunds.
- There is an additional charge of 50% charge for same day bookings made within 24 hours of scheduled departure or arrival time.
- No shows will be charged at the full rate.
- Connections may incur an additional cost depending on time taken to complete service.
- Where flights are cancelled, rescheduled or subject to severe delays, we may reserve the right to amend the service we provide to you which may incur additional costs.
