VIP Check-in

A representative will liaise with chauffeurs directly, to arrange parking spaces in the allocated VIP section of the departures concourse. We welcome clients from their vehicle with pre-booked baggage porters and escort them directly to Check-in.

VAT Service

Where required we can arrange fast track of VAT return for international passengers who have to claim back tax on their purchases whilst in the country.

Security

An efficient and speedy transfer to the VIP Departure Lounge follows check in procedures. Staff will assist you through the security checks and accompany you to the dedicated premium lounge

Departure lounge to aircraft

At the appropriate time you will be collected from the lounge and escorted to aircraft. Pre-boarding can be arranged with the permission of the airlines. If you prefer, we can ensure you enjoy the maximum amount of time enjoying the lounge.

VIP Arrival Services

From Aircraft to Vehicle

You will be met from the aircraft and swiftly assisted through immigration to your waiting chauffeur. We pride ourselves on being able to transfer passengers from the gate to their vehicle in the minimum possible amount of time.

Baggage Services

We will arrange to pre-book baggage a porter to collect your luggage from the baggage carousel to your waiting car. Where required we can also assist with any missing baggage problems or other requirements.

Chauffeur service

We have an in-house chauffeur service with a fleet of luxury Mercedes vehicles and chauffeurs that can be assigned to you for the duration of your stay in the UK.

Track-a-bag

We are experts in tracking lost bags between any routes with any airlines and ensuring prompt location and delivery of your lost bags. Let us deal with the time consuming and stressful procedures of recovering your lost luggage.

VIP Transfer Services

Transfer service

A representative will meet you at the gate of your inbound flight and arrange and escort you through flight connections to your next flight. Whether you require an airside or landside transfer we can ensure you will always transfer in the minimum amount of time.
