Hotel Transfer Service

We currently provide English assistants for passengers and groups flying into Heathrow and transferring to and from London hotels. This is a particularly useful service should your passengers not be familiar with travelling in London or not speak English as their first language. We can provide your clients with a seamless experience from the aircraft door, through the airport, transfer into London and assistance with hotel check in or vice versa.

Example

A group of 28 business passengers travelling from the Far East to London on a company orientation trip. An assistant met them at immigration, assisted them with porters at the baggage carousel airside and out to arrivals. The assistant liaised with the coach marshal and coach park in advance so that the coach was waiting for the group to board. The assistant then travelled with the party for lunch in Covent Garden and then onto the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Knightsbridge. At the hotel, the assistant ensured the hotel porters collected the baggage swiftly from the coach and then organised for all members of the party to be checked in whilst they relaxed in the hotel lobby.

After the passengers has completed their vacation in London, an assistant picked them up from the hotel, again efficiently organising all luggage and that the passengers had checked out from their rooms. They then travelled back to LHR where they were assisted with VAT return and checked in and shown to the departure lounge.
