Departing Flight Services

Pre Flight

• Reconfirm special seating requirements.
• Order or re-confirm special meals.
• Arrange special group check-in (if applicable and available).

Flight Cover

• Dedicated representative on duty for flight departure wearing your uniform or badge.
• Available at airline check-in desk or other pre-arranged point (e.g. outside terminal to meet executive vehicle or coaches).
• Assist all your clients with check-in formalities and deal with any problems which might arise such as lost tickets, passport / visa irregularities, flight delays, flight overbooking.
• Assist with security procedures to lounge or gate.

Post-Flight

• Assist any clients who may have missed the flight due to reporting late for check-in, if possible suggest and arrange an alternative route.
• Full flight report by email detailing any relevant events such as no-shows, delays or any individual problems encountered by your clients.

Arriving Flight Services

Pre Arrival

• Liaise with taxi or coach company booked to meet your clients.
  
• Ensure that driver has mobile telephone contact with our representative.
  
• Advise transport company of any expected delays to flight arrival.

Arrival Meet & Greet

• Your own dedicated representative would be carrying a board displaying your company name, logo and your clients names.
• Clients would be met and immediately escorted to their onward transport, transfers could be accompanied on request.
• In the case of missing/damaged baggage we would ensure that your clients had followed the correct airline reporting procedures.

Flight Report

• Full written report by email.
